Developed SISKA (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan), a comprehensive document management system for IAIN Parepare Islamic State University. This digital archiving solution modernized the institution's letter management workflow, handling incoming/outgoing mail, document classification, and activity logging.
- Implemented complete letter lifecycle management: incoming mail (Surat Masuk), outgoing mail (Surat Keluar)
